1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PlacidTunes! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PlacidTunes mobile application (the “App”), provided by ENWAY LTD. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
PlacidTunes does not require user accounts and does not collect any health-related or biometric data. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Terms and Billing
PlacidTunes offers both a free version and premium features available through monthly and yearly subscriptions. All payments are handled through the Apple App Store.
Subscription Plans: Details of available plans and pricing are presented in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription via your device’s app store account settings. After cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: All subscription sales are final. Refund requests must be handled through the respective app store and are subject to their refund policies.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change in the future. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PlacidTunes for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
Use the App in a way that violates any laws or infringes on the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or interfere with its operation.
Reuse or redistribute content from the App without permission.
ENWAY LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including sounds, images, text, trademarks, and software — is owned or licensed by ENWAY LTD. This content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without express permission.
You may use the App’s content only as intended within the App. Any unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.
5. Third-party Content and Services
The App may contain links or access to content provided by third parties. ENWAY LTD does not control or endorse such content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or legality. Use of third-party content is at your own risk and subject to those parties’ own terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ENWAY LTD makes no guarantees that the App will meet your needs or operate uninterrupted or error-free.
PlacidTunes is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any health condition. It is designed solely for general relaxation and focus purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENWAY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. In any case, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) during the twelve months prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these exclusions may not apply to you in full.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms regularly.
